What is DFW SMA?

Founded, in 1991, the Dallas/Fort Worth Staffing Management Association (DFW SMA) is a Professional Special Interest Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our mission is to serve the professional development and networking needs of human resource professionals and service providers at all levels in the employment profession by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available.

As your direct connection to the future of the employment function and related human resources issues, DFW SMA is the only SHRM Chapter in the Metroplex dedicated to serving the needs of the employment profession.
